You should refer anyone of any seniority who you think has high potential and might be open to a new opportunity or have an HR need. We generally focus on finance, operations, tech, product, marketing, and legal fields, but open to all.

If your referral is deemed a suitable match for one of our current openings or general offerings, we will follow up to request further information on your referral and to provide an introduction. We will then update you if they are ultimately hired for a role or we transact any business.

If the candidate is still employed with the company for 3 months after hire, we will contact you to arrange 5% payment on annual bonus and base salary via the payment method of your choice. For client referrals, 5% of engagement fees will be paid to you within three months of client payment.
